The Rev. Al Meredith of Wedgwood Baptist Church in Fort Worth,Texas, was to lead Sunday's services at First Baptist Church inMaryville in southwestern Illinois.
A week ago, Fred Winters was shot to death during the earlyservice at First Baptist by a gunman whose knife later injuredhimself and two church members who subdued him.
