OMAHA, Neb. — Authorities say three inmates who escaped last week from an Indiana prison have been caught in the Nebraska Panhandle.
Nebraska State Patrol spokesman Mike Meyer said Thursday night that the men were taken into custody in Alliance.
Law-enforcement agencies in that part of the state were told earlier Thursday to be on the lookout for the men, who were considered armed and dangerous.
