Southwest Airlines, the third-largest carrier at Denver International Airport, has reached a tentative agreement with Transportation Workers Union Local 556 in which the company’s roughly 9,700 flight attendants will receive pay increases and increases in 401(k) contributions over the next four years.

The deal was announced Thursday by Southwest (NYSE: LUV) and confirmed by the union.

Union members will receive information about the contract on April 8 and are expected to vote on it May 4-18. Negotiations on the deal lasted roughly 10 months.
