April 22 (Bloomberg) -- Former Cuban President Fidel Castrosaid U.S. leader Barack Obama misunderstood comments last weekby Raul Castro, the current Cuban president, on improvingrelations between the communist island and the U.S.
“Without a doubt the president misinterpreted Raul’sspeech,” Fidel Castro wrote in a commentary. “When thepresident of Cuba says he’s willing to discuss all issues withthe president of the U.S., he means he’s not afraid to do so.”
