Sats row: Ministers accused of 'evading the truth' - Telegraph.co.ukThe Conservatives said the public had still not been given a decent explanation for delays to exams taken by 1.2 million schoolchildren last summer.

It followed claims last week from Ken Boston, former chief executive of the Government's Qualification and Curriculum Authority, that ministers "sexed up" evidence to an official inquiry.
