PADUCAH, Ky. — An ex-soldier convicted of rape and murder in Iraq has been spared the death penalty and will get a life sentence after jurors couldn't agree unanimously on a punishment.

    if one of the juror's fourteen year old daughter was raped and murdered by five monsters then it would be easier for them to decide on death punishment. oh my bet..if the girl was american then definitley there would be death penalty. that monster didn't even get the life sentence!
