John Hogan, who killed his six-year-old son by jumping 50ft from a hotel balcony with him in his arms, was told by a Greek court today that he was free to return home.
Mr Hogan, 35, has been held in a secure psychiatric facility in Athens since he leapt from the Crete hotel room with his son Liam and daughter Mia three years ago. A member of the children’s family said they were furious with the Greek judges’ ruling today.
