The family of a boy killed when his dad jumped with him from a hotel balcony reacted with fury after Greek court released him yesterday, less than three years on.
John Hogan plunged with son Liam, six, and daughter Mia, then two, from the balcony during a family holiday in Crete in 2006.
Liam died in the fall at the Petra Mare Hotel but Mia, who is now four, survived with minor injuries.
Their mother Natasha, 36, who had rowed with Hogan on the night of the tragedy, has since moved to Australia with Mia.
