BUENOS AIRES (Dow Jones)--Citing it as a "demonstration of the government's will to pay," Argentine Cabinet Chief Sergio Massa said Thursday that the government would offer to advance the payment of a coupon on its Boden 2012 bonds that's currently due in August.
