As the Obama administration pushed Chrysler through bankruptcy court in record time, no one caused it more angst than Thomas Lauria. The White & Case bankruptcy lawyer won a stay from Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday that temporarily threw Chrysler's proposed alliance with Italian auto maker Fiat SpA into limbo.
