Fifteen General Motors dealerships in Colorado have been told they will be dropped next year, a congressional committee confirmed Friday.
It was the first definitive statement of exactly how many GM dealers in the state were informed thay will lose their franchise agreements in 2010.
The Colorado Automobile Dealers Association previously had estimated the number at 13 to 15 based on reports from dealers.
