The state revoked the license today of an 89-year-old woman who struck and killed a 4-year-old girl with her car on Saturday in Stoughton.
Ilse Horn was deemed an "immediate threat" today by the Registry of Motor Vehicles, which indefinitely revoked her license, according to her driving record.
On Saturday morning Diya Patel was struck and killed while crossing the street in Stoughton by an 89-year-old woman from Canton driving a Toyota Camry. Authorities have not released the name of the driver or indicated whether or not she will face charges.
