This is the nursery worker facing trial for the sexual abuse of young children as she jokes around in front of a friend's camera.
Vanessa George, 39, in pictures taken before her arrest, is seen with cut up pieces of a newspaper stuck to her eyebrow, nose and mouth.
Another shot shows the mother-of-two using the red casing of a cheese snack as a pair of pretend lips.
George, who worked for three years at Little Ted's nursery in Plymouth, is accused of seven child sex charges.
