WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has had successful surgery to repair a fractured right elbow. The State Department says she's expected to make a full recovery.
Clinton injured herself in a fall at the State Department on Wednesday.
A department statement says Clinton had surgery Friday morning at The George Washington University Hospital and then returned to her Washington home.
