DA details alleged kidnapping in Hanover

HANOVER -- The man accused of the kidnap and attempted rape of a 6-year-old allegedly injected the girl with an unknown substance from a hypodermic needle that made her sleepy as he bound her hands with black tape and held her in an apartment filled with chains, ropes, and other trappings of sexual bondage.

Prosecutors allege that the man, Justin Shine, 26, was high on cocaine when he snatched the blue-eyed, blond-haired girl on Saturday afternoon while she was riding her pink bicycle and wearing a Barbie bike helmet.
