Michael Jackson drafted a will in 2002 that cuts out his father and divides his estate among his mother, three children and charity.

The will, believed to be his last, could be submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court as soon as Thursday in an attempt to sort out the singer's tangled finances, The Wall Street Journal reported.
