But it’s not an Independence Day celebration without fireworks. And in most places across the country, the bursting blasts of flaming colors will be in effect tonight to mark America’s 233rd birthday.
Too bad they aren’t what they used to be. Despite the millions of dollars spent on firecrackers, the spark has lost that special feeling.
