SAN FRANCISCO, July 4 (Reuters) - Governor ArnoldSchwarzenegger, optimistic California can finish its budgetnegotiations in a few days, is willing to reconsider hisproposed cuts to education in hopes of averting a cash crisis,the San Francisco Chronicle said on Saturday.
