Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (R- Texas) defended the legacy of Michael Jackson at the pop star's memorial service Tuesday, two days after Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford) called Jackson "a pedophile."
"I can tell you as a member of the United States Congress, we understand law, and we know that people are innocent until proven otherwise," she said. "That is what the Constitution stands for."
