Red-carpet movie premieres are a time for glitz and glamour, haute couture and hair-sprayed up-dos, strutting and posing for all to see. Usually.
At Tuesday night's London premiere for "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," the celebs were probably wishing they'd arrived rocking head-to-toe rain gear - or at least that the organizers had opted for a tent.
