In a 30-page order on Wednesday, Judge Stephen G. Larson of the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles - ruling on part of a long-running suit brought by heirs to the “Superman” co-creator Jerome Siegel - declared Warner Brothers’ dealings with its own DC Comics unit over film and television rights to “Superman” to have been proper and conducted within the bounds of fair market value.
