Jon Gosselin's new girlfriend has at least one thing his ex-wife Kate doesn't have – an arrest record.

Hailey Glassman, 22, was arrested while she was a student at Indiana University in 2005, Access Hollywood has learned.

Glassman and five others were spotted by campus police on October 2, 2005 at 3:18 AM, hanging out in a parking lot "passing a pipe back and forth, which is consistent with marijuana," IU police spokesperson Jerry Minger told Access.
