Katherine Jackson Denied Control Of Late Son's Estate

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has had a renewed bid to take control of her son's estate denied by a Los Angeles judge. The Jackson family matriarch lost her fight to remain in charge of the "Thriller" hit-maker's estate earlier this month after she was awarded temporary administration in the days immediately following the singer's death on June 25.
