NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Dish Network Corp. (DISH) reached an agreement with 46state attorneys general to resolve claims of unfair and deceptive marketing,sales and service practices.

The Englewood, Colo., satellite television provider, without admitting guilt,agreed to make a financial restitution to any customers who had complained. Acompany spokesman wasn't available to provide an estimate on the financialimpact.
