SCANARIOS-Mediator in Honduras crisis faces hard task

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica, July 19 (Reuters) - Mediation talksto solve the political deadlock in Honduras following amilitary coup dragged into a second day on Sunday as deposedPresident Manuel Zelaya's team said time was running out for adiplomatic solution.

Costa Rican President Oscar Arias is trying to broker adeal between the leftist Zelaya and de facto leader RobertoMicheletti, who replaced Zelaya after he was toppled on June28.
