Janet won't perform at Jackson's birthday tribute

LONDON: Janet Jackson has dismissedreports that she will appear as a guest performer at brother Michael Jackson'stribute concerts on August 29 and 30.

The star was reportedly linedup for a surprise opening act at London's O2 arena where the 'King of Pop' wasdue to play 50 dates this summer before his tragic death from a cardiac arrestlast month, Contactmusic reported.

The show promoters AEG Live hadapproached Jackson's family members for a tribute performance but Janet hasdeclined to be present at the two day event.
