CHICAGO, July 23 (Reuters) - Children who have unexplainedseizures and flu-like symptoms should be tested for infectionwith the H1N1 swine flu virus and treated with flu-fightingdrugs, U.S. health officials said on Thursday.

They said four children in Dallas County, Texas, who gotthe new swine flu virus in late May had seizures or changes inmental status caused by brain infections and swelling.
