In what will mark one of the NFL's most-anticipated preseason games in recent memory, Brett Favre will make his debut in a Minnesota Vikings uniform on Friday night, as the team hosts the Kansas City Chiefs in the second preseason outing for both clubs.

Favre is expected to start the contest, which will cap off a whirlwind first few days as a Viking for the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

After telling the team he would remain retired three weeks prior, the 39-year- old signal-caller surprised much of the NFL world by boarding a plane to the Twin Cities and signing a two-year contract valued at $25 million with Minnesota on Tuesday.
