A day before he was shot to death, ex-NFL star Steve McNair received a flurry of text messages from his murderous mistress asking for $2,000 and assurances that he loved her.
The text messages, released Monday, support the authorities' belief that Sahel Kazemi's life was unraveling when she killed McNair and then turned the gun on herself.
A day before the July 4 murder-suicide, Kazemi wrote to McNair, asking if she loved him.
