NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Nashville police say the woman accused of fatally shooting former NFL quarterback Steve McNair exchanged messages for weeks with the man who sold her the gun.
Police have ruled that McNair and Sahel Kazemi died July 4 in a murder-suicide. On Monday, investigators released 50 text messages between the two that support their conclusion that she killed him and herself because she was desperate over money and feared their relationship was ending.
