Kan. lawmaker posts 'RedNeck Rap' sequel online

TOPEKA, Kan.—A Kansas legislator who drew criticism for a "RedNeck Rap" against Barack Obama has posted a YouTube sequel praising the president.

But the new video by Republican state Rep. Bill Otto does not apologize for the earlier posting.

Talking to Obama, Otto says: "So people who dis you and do not agree are not all racists, so don't include me."

He also praises the president for trying to help older Americans.
