N.Y. attorney general files antitrust suit against Intel
Adding to the host of antitrust allegations already pending against Intel Corp., New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo today filed a federal lawsuit accusing the world's biggest chip-maker of using kickbacks, threats and retaliation to make sure that computer-makers used components from Intel and not its rivals.
