NEW YORK, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Tropical Depression 11 formedin the southwest Caribbean Sea near Costa Rica and Nicaraguaand will likely strengthen into a tropical storm laterWednesday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
Columbia and Nicaragua issued tropical storm warnings,meaning they expect tropical storm conditions to reach the eastcoast of Nicaragua and the Columbian islands of San Andres andProvidencia off Nicaragua's east coast within 24 hours.
