Unemployment rate climbs over 10 percent
For the first time in more than 26 years, the U.S. unemployment rate jumped over 10 percent last month.
According to the Labor Department, the nation's employers lost 190,000 payroll jobs in October. The jobless rate was a higher-than-expected 10.2 percent, up from 9.8 percent the month before.
