Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Honduras’s acting president RobertoMicheletti formed a national unity government without the backingof Manuel Zelaya, the ousted head of state, Agence France-Pressereported.
Micheletti said in a statement read on national radio andtelevision late yesterday his Cabinet was created under a U.S.-backed accord to end the country’s political crisis, AFP reported.Zelaya said earlier he wouldn’t present candidates for the newadministration unless Congress reinstates him, the news servicesaid, citing his adviser, Rasel Tome.
