CHICAGO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Medical device maker BostonScientific Corp (BSX.N) reached an agreement with the U.S.Department of Justice related to product recalls issued by itsGuidant subsidiary, and will record a third-quarter charge of$294 million, the company said in a government filing.
