'American Idol': Lee DeWyze owns the night; Crystal Bowersox rebounds; Casey James runs third

Shed a tear, 'American Idol' fans: Just one more week with Simon Cowell. When he goes, he takes the bite with him.

The three finalists each sang two songs tonight in hopes of reaching the finals next week.

Up first was Casey James with a bluesy, low-key 'OK, It's Alright With Me.' It was OK, and nothing more. Randy Jackson and Ellen DeGeneres were underwhelmed. Cowell compared the song to salad at dinner and said the choice was a dud, but then he added that Casey sounded OK. Which is alright with me.
