Personal questions aside, the American Idol spoke to reporters yesterday and addressed reports of who might replace him as a judge next season.

“I think they’ll find somebody who’s got that kind of experience, whether it’s a manager, artist, or like me, an A & R executive,” he said.

LOS ANGELES - A judge is dismissing a civil lawsuit filed against a Black Eyed Peas manager who punched blogger Perez Hilton in a nightclub last year.

Attorneys for Hilton and Peas manager Liborio Molina announced in court Tuesday they had reached a settlement agreement. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John S. Wiley agreed to dismiss the case but retained jurisdiction in case the settlement falls apart.

Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift have all had phenomenal success over the past year, as evidenced by their multiple Grammy Awards. But by the end of Sunday's awards show only one of these ladies can go home as the ultimate Grammy diva. Gossip blogger Perez Hilton told us his predictions about the epic ladies' night.

It looks like "Twilight" star Ashley Greene is the latest starlet caught up in a nude-photo scandal. After Perez Hilton posted naked pictures that appeared to be of Greene, her rep stepped in and released a statement.

"The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed," her rep told MTV News in a statement Monday (August 10). "Our client intends to take legal action."

The war of words between Perez Hilton and the Black Eyed Peas' Will.I.Am appears to be escalating.

After watching California's Carrie Prejean get all choked up after Donald Trump said that she and the bags of silicone she shares skin with will get to keep her state's Miss USA honors, it's difficult not to envy the British.

You may have heard the news yesterday that Prejean is appearing in an ad for the National Organization for Marriage, the same group that created the much-mocked "Gathering Storm" spot earlier in April. Prejean's claim to fame is her Q&A session with blogger Perez Hilton during the Miss USA pageant.

Miss California is bringing her support for traditional marriage to Washington after sticking to her moral convictions at the Miss USA pageant -- which arguably cost her the title.

Carrie Prejean has joined up with the National Organization for Marriage as part of a $1.5 billion national ad campaign that touts the right of Americans to share their opinion on gay marriage without backlash.

"I encourage people to stand up for what they believe in and not be afraid," Prejean said Thursday at the National Press Club in Washington.
