China Yunnan Airlines (Chinese: ????????; pinyin: Yúnnán Hángk?ng G?ngs?) was an airline based in Kunming, Yunnan, People's Republic of China.

In 2003, China Yunnan Airlines and China Northwest Airlines merged into China Eastern Airlines.

It was based in Kunming Wujiaba International Airport in Yunnan province. It operated a modern fleet of Bombardier CRJ-200, Boeing 737-300 and Boeing 767-300 aircraft at the time of merger with China Eastern Airlines. All the aircraft were transferred to China Eastern Airline upon the merger and are now painted in China Eastern Airlines' livery.

It operated mostly domestic routes but also international services to Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Laos from Kunming.

China Eastern Airlines Flight 5210: On November 21, 2004 a CRJ-200 formerly owned by China Yunnan crashed due to icing, killing everyone on board; the flight is sometimes cited as a China Yunnan flight.
